By accessing or using the website destinationwellnessspa.com and booking any service with Destination Wellness Spa (operated by Rebecca Baur LLC), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Our Services

Destination Wellness Spa offers the following services at our Key West location:

  • PRP Procedures (Facial, Hair Restoration, Breast Lift)

All services are by appointment only and provided by licensed professionals. Services are subject to availability and may be modified at our discretion.

By submitting your phone number through any form on our website, including our contact form or any other lead capture form, you agree to the following:

Consent to Receive SMS Messages

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our business and your appointment schedule.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. These charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Destination Wellness Spa is not responsible for any charges from your carrier.

Opt Out

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message received from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation text, and no further messages will be sent. Opting out of SMS does not cancel your booked appointments.

Your phone number and personal information will not be shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. SMS messaging is available on all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint. Carrier support may vary. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Bookings

  • All appointments must be booked in advance
  • A consultation may be required prior to certain treatments
  • We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion

5. Cancellation Policy

  • 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule
  • Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged the full service fee

6. Health Disclaimer

By booking an appointment, you confirm you are in good health and will disclose any medical conditions, medications, allergies, or treatments that may affect your eligibility for services. You should not receive treatment if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking blood thinners, have active skin infections at the treatment area, a history of keloid scarring, active cancer or recent cancer treatment, autoimmune conditions, bleeding disorders, or have had recent cosmetic procedures in the treatment area, unless specifically cleared by your provider.

All services provided at Destination Wellness Spa are elective and are not a substitute for medical treatment, diagnosis, or care. Results vary by individual. You agree to follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions provided by your practitioner.

7. Payments

All prices are in US dollars. Payment is due at the time of booking or service. Packages and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us immediately and we will remove it.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Monroe County, Florida.
